What Is Your Favorite New England Casino?
Where do you find the best hotels, games, rewards club, dining?
Like any “Best Of” Lists, it’s hard to figure out if it’s for real, or just a popularity contest – usually a mix of both. In New England the results could depend on loyalty to longer standing casinos. In the next 5 years, this poll should become much different & interesting, with lots of competition and quality offerings from at least eleven casinos.
So here are the Best of New England’s Casinos, according to Casino Player Magazine.
Mohegan Sun Resort Casino – Best Overall Gaming Resort, Best Hotel Staff, Best Spa, Best Casino, Best Promotions, Best Slot Tournaments, Best Reel Slots, Best Video Slots, Best Blackjack, Best Craps, & the Casino You Feel the Luckiest In
Foxwoods Resort Casino – Best Hotel, Best Rooms, Best Suites, Best Pool, Best Golf Course, Best Vacation Resort, Best Players Club, Best Hosts, Best Comps, Best Table Game Tournaments, Best Poker Tournaments, Best Roulette
Twin River Casino – Best Dealers, Best Sports/Race Book, Best Video Poker
While Twin River
has been the third place award winner every year, there seem tobe some changes going on. TR’s table games show life and fun with the best dealers win. Also, Plainridge Park & Newport Grand placed 2nd & 3rd respectively in the sports book entries – ahead of Mohegan Sun & Foxwoods! Twin River also placed second in the Slot Tournament section, Roulette, and the Casino You Feel the Luckiest In.
