NETime Gambling – Weekly Posts You Might Have Missed

I am introducing a new series on Sundays.  As you open the paper, check your email, and relax with your cup of “joe,” let your Sunday morning ritual include checking our past week’s posts.  Did you miss some key promotions?  Some interesting gambling news in New England? Some great tips for your own personal gambling?

Every Sunday, the staff at NETime Gambling will look back at the previous week’s posts.  I might include some pics or humor or thoughts for the day – whatever seem’s to “float my boat” for that day.

FOXWOODS Resort Casino, in Mashantucket, CT.,  has by far introduced the most of the new options.  With a theme of “A Restaurant for Every Craving,” Foxwoods has added a few more mouth-watering palette-enticing restaurants to their large line-up of over 35 eateries.

Thursday – 3 Casino Facts for the Recreational Gambler – Acceptance Is The Key

Foxwoods Resort Casino has so many hotel options, it’s hard to cover them all. This week, NETimeGambling was able to stay at Two Trees Inn two separate nights, and here us our report….

REMEMBER, March was Gambling Awareness Month.  But every month should be gambling awareness month, don’t you think?  Special Kudos to the MGC ( Mass Gaming Commission) for instituting self gaming controls, and MGM for future interest in adding it to their many properties.

This month was also “TRYPOD” month – a month for you to try listening to podcasts.  I listen to many, ranging from gambling, to sports and even Ayervadic medicine.  You could find a podcast to listen to on your way to work for any interest of yours – many without those annoying commercials on radio.  My favorite Gambling Podcast is “You Can Bet On That.” (for the recreational gambler).  Mark & Dr. Mike are easy to listen to, informative, and funny.  You can find them on iTunes and other sources.
