Foxwoods Continues “Stuff The Bus” Campaign

Foxwoods® Resort Casino is proud to announce the return of its seasonal giving campaign, “Stuff the Bus,” in which unwrapped toys, blankets, pajamas, jackets and diapers will be collected in support of the United Way of Southeastern Connecticut and its “Tommy Toy” Fund program.  This year’s annual campaign will begin on November 4 and will continue through December 11.  During the five-week campaign contributions will be accepted from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m. daily at the Foxwoods Bus Terminal, Bay #1 as well as at all Foxwoods hotel lobbies and select locations in the Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods.

“The Stuff the Bus campaign is one of our most important charitable initiatives, and we are proud of the continued support shown by our loyal guests, Team Members and many of the celebrities who visit or perform at Foxwoods,” said Felix Rappaport, President & CEO of Foxwoods Resort Casino.  “In fact, this program continues to get even bigger and more successful every year, and has now brightened the holidays for more than 20,000 children and families in the region.”

Donations to Stuff The Bus at Foxwoods are distributed through United Way and the Tommy Toy Fund program.  Donations are accepted from November 4th through December 11th, 8am – 12am daily at the Foxwoods Bus Terminal (Bay #1) as well as other select areas around Foxwoods and Tanger Outlets at Foxwoods.  They accept the below new and unwrapped items

  • Blankets
  • Pajamas
  • Jackets
  • Diapers

Tommy Toy Fund

In conjunction with the United Way and the Norwich Bulletin, Foxwoods is proud to support the Tommy Toy Fund.

The Tommy Toy Fund is a charitable organization that collects donations of toys for local children in Eastern Connecticut for Christmas morning. The Tommy Toy Fund is intended to help children who will receive few or no holiday gifts without this assistance.

1. All applying families must be approved and pre-registered. See your social service provider to register online.

2. Bring the attached TTF coupon to your social work advocate so they may register you online.

3. Only families who are pre-registered will be served on Wednesday, Dec. 13 or the morning of Thursday, Dec. 14, On the afternoon of Dec. 14 you must bring a valid social service ID card as well as a photo ID to apply in person.
