Ok, so sports bars (“bahs” for you Bostonians) are all the rage. For example, even Las Vegas, home of sports betting of all kinds, has some of it’s most renowned restaurants being re-themed into sports bars. Every community seems to have it’s own place, or places, where any one can go to the local watering hole and see their favorite team – whether it’s Sunday NFL football, or weekly college basketball (more UConn Huskies, please!). So what makes Twin River’s Wicked Good Bar & Grill good enough to suggest? Personally, I don’t know yet – it’s on my visit & review list. But, after reading reviews and going to their website, there seems to be something for every sports fanatic – good food, good beverage, and plenty of sports stimulation.

Let’s start with this – “It’s a Sports Bar!” So don’t expect Kenny G in the background as you order your duck l’orange (not on the menu, by the way), it’s going to be fun, loud, and have enough visual and audio to over-stimulate anyone!

How about a quick description, quoted from Open Table” – a great app for making reservations or checking reviews of restaurants from just about everywhere:

“Wicked Good Bar and Grill where you can get great food and great beverages at amazing prices. They start every table with a bowl of freshly popped popcorn and let you choose from a huge selection of great menu items like an amazing Nacho Menu, Unbelievable Chicken Wing selections, Club Sandwiches, Unforgettable Salads, All American Burgers, New England Clam Cakes and Chowdah, New York Yankee Pot Roast and so many more choices. Make sure you try their Famous “Corked Bat Zesty Fries” & “Johnny Mac n’ Cheese” and don’t forget the Giant Bar selection, over 12 draft beers on tap, the Green Monsta Margaritas or try the Big Papi Mai Tai Punch! They also offer the new “Coors Light Super Cold Draft”, the only place in New England you will find this! Along with all of this great food and the incredible bar selections we also have over 25 TV’s to watch your favorite team every night”

So get in your “cah” and “pahk” it at Twin River.  Check out the Wicked Good Bar & Grill.  Sounds like a royal visit is in store for a review of my own.  Then we can compare notes. I can “hahdly” wait.

That’s all for now
